The picture of testing the circuit is like this:
I placed the temperature sensor on top of the heating element is for the most accurate reading. And this is not the final prototype, and for later on, I will think of some way to sew the sensor underneath the element.

Based on the data I got from the hyperterminal, the reading was taken every 5s, I printed out the following graph:


As can be seen from the graph, the slope of the curve coming downwards is steeper, and the time for the curve to stay above 33 degree is shorter than that of the 32 degree, I realized the heating process in our case takes longer time than that of the natural cooling of the ink.
